I ordered the rib eye sandwich, dresse... read more I wasn’t impressed to say the least. Our waitress was very nice and had a beautiful smile. The only smile I saw, in fact. I ordered the rib eye sandwich, dressed, with fries. When it finally came out the sandwich was bare. No trimmings at all. I asked for it to be taken back and dressed and instead was brought the trimmings to the table. There was three in our party, with no offer of drink refills or anything. The food was decent once we got all of it, but for a total of $66 it just wasn’t what we expected.

They were unable to assist with a minor miscommunic... read more Simmer down went above and beyond with my birthday supper. We had a surprise celebration for 20 individuals. They were unable to assist with a minor miscommunication caused by technological issues (100% not their fault). They rearranged seating in the party room so that we could all sit together and the wait was minimal. They even made a special Simmer Down birthday shout out for me. Thank you so much, Simmer Down; 10/10 recommended!! The service and food are consistently excellent!

People were friendly. Server was nice but not really competent. Went without drinks after the first round, even though we asked for more. The food was tough, couldn't even cut it with a knife, mixed our bill up with another table. The server got offended when we explained this was not our bill. Went to pay and the cashier messed our card up and left something off and then got mad at us because she didn't see the item. Told us she was going to have to rerun our card for the entire bill. She did not know how to cancel the other charge. I tried to explain to just charge us for the one item but she said she can't do that. This is not the best place to eat.
