The food at this restaurant was excellent. We stumbled upon it while driving by and decided to try something local. The restaurant was cafeteria-style, so we ordered at the counter, paid, and then sat wherever we liked. Charlie had fried chicken, potatoes, green beans, a biscuit, and a peach cobbler, all of which were ver... View all feedback.

What User dislikes about Stew N Que:
Who offers dinner and than closes at 7 PM. This area of GA really needs a real restaurant, open 7 days a week and until at least 10 if not a 24 hour family restaurant. Very limited menu and portions. View all feedback.

Stew N Que has emerged as a surprising contender in the local dining scene, offering a unique cafeteria-style experience that focuses on comfort food rather than traditional barbecue. Despite some mixed experiences, diners rave about the hearty breakfast options, especially the massive biscuits paired with savory items like fried chicken. While the lunch selections may feel limited and service can vary, the ambiance is warm and inviting, making it perfect for a family meal. Though some long-time patrons express concern over rising prices and declining food quality, the generous portions and friendly atmosphere still attract a loyal following.

The food at this restaurant was excellent. We stumbled upon it while driving by and decided to try something local. The restaurant was cafeteria-style, so we ordered at the counter, paid, and then sat wherever we liked. I had the country fried steak with potatoes and greens, which were covered in a delicious gravy. Charlie had fried chicken, potatoes, green beans, a biscuit, and a peach cobbler, all of which were very tasty. My greens were tender with just the right amount of salt, and the steak and potatoes were also very flavorful. Charlie mentioned that the fried chicken was perfectly cooked and not too dry. The peach cobbler was a highlight of the meal. The staff and cashier were very friendly, and we would definitely return to this restaurant in the future.

We had breakfast at this restaurant and enjoyed delicacies such as speck, eggs, gravity, gries, and cookies. It felt like dining at a high-quality establishment. The food was excellent with generous portions. Highly recommended place to eat!

The food was mediocre, and I couldn't understand the woman who was taking our order. I'm curious about her legal status, I'll have to look into that.

They have good food. the only thing I have a little problem is the way they serve their daily customers in comparison to those who are not regular diners. small quantities compared to heaping quantities. to the customer.

With there was several my friends we all had a good meal nice environment people are friendly I recommend it to anyone

I'm disappointed that they no longer serve dinner, but it's a restaurant we'll always return to.

I was pleasantly surprised as a first-time visitor by the clean atmosphere, friendly staff, and wide selection of delicious looking food at this restaurant! My biscuit with country ham, egg, and cheese was delicious and I am excited to try the lunch menu when I return to town in a few weeks. I highly recommend this spot!

We got gravy biscuits with eggs. He got sausage patties, I got bacon and 2 sweet teas. Seemed a little pricey for what we got. $27.00

I believe that Stew-N-Que is the best breakfast spot in North Georgia. I pass by Baldwin on my way to work in Cornelia every day, and I make sure to stop by this gem for breakfast regularly. The biscuits are huge and perfectly balanced with a buttery crust and a fluffy inside. They offer a variety of options including chicken, bacon, sausages, ham, steak, tenderloin, egg, and more. You could try a different biscuit every day for weeks and never have the same thing twice. The portions are generous, and the breakfast plates are more than enough for a satisfying meal. They also offer lunch with your typical meat and three options. Their pies and cakes are delicious for those with a sweet tooth. Every dish I've tried has been plentiful and tasty. The staff is always friendly, providing quick and good service whether you're dining alone or with a group. Despite the crowd, it never gets too loud, allowing for a pleasant meal and conversation with friends. This spot is definitely worth a detour!

Real down home cooking. Meatloaf is our fav. Breakfast biscuits are huge, as is the slaw burger gets xtra napkins, messy but good.

One of the best cafeteria style places to eat in or near Baldwin. Their servers are always very friendly and their servings are always big enough that you won't go away hungry.

Stew-n-Que has the biggest, cat head biscuits around.. and they are the best for breakfast. Lunch supper.. is almost as good as grandma's home cooking!
