I had a pretty pleasant experience. It was super packed and there were only 3-4 workers, but they were all attentive. One even overheard me saying to my family that I needed napkins and they came all the way outside to personally hand me some. I don’t live up there anymore, so I rarely go, but I’ll make sure to stop by to support whenever I’m in town. View all feedback.

I have ordered from Cold Stone through DoorDash three times, and each time they have forgotten something! This time, it was the $9 Caramel Apple!
For the past three visits, my order has been incorrect on multiple occasions.
I ordered the Birthday Cake Remix and the ice cream came in the wrong flavor and there was no hot fudge.
I'm not sure why I continue to order from here. The orders are never correct. Always forgetting toppings. And not filled to the top of the cup.
