What User doesn't like about The Bistro – Eat. Drink. Connect.:
bad customer service. they instructed me to park when I had no vehicle. I told them to checkin. but they still accused me. I spoke to the general manager and he must wait until the worker is back to work to check that I didn't get a pass. it seems to be a lie because he seems to mention the checker who didn't look me in. the staff is very courteous and helpful. this was a clean hotel with a beautiful pool and spa. they follow all covid19 regulations. the upper flure on the etagen are very warn, but the rooms are cool. I would recommend this hotel. the English language View all feedback.
