The wait was a little long but the employee at the d... read more I don't frequent Farmer Boys restaurants, but I picked up food via drive thru at the Baldwin Park location. The wait was a little long but the employee at the drive thru window was great. He apologized for the wait and was very attentive. I receivedmy food fast and he also offered condiments. I wanted to leave him a tip BUT didn't have cash and with Covid-19 and all, Ihaven't carried cash in a long time. I didn't like the idea of a tip jar at the window BUT, I do understand that there isn'tanother way to provide drive thru customers this option. Upon arriving home with the food, it was perfect and good. Thank youBaldwin Park team for a good experience! *Maybe management should consider a drive thru tablet to be able to leave a tip? Thiscan provide a review of your order as well. I just think good service should be rewarded. Just a thought!

He was... read more Good burger but real bad service. Some guy who said his name was Ever and claimed to be the general manager called me a lair when I questioned my order. He was extremely rude with major attitude. No wonder the other employees demonstrate no form ofpolite customer service. They are just following his lead. I know several others who have bad experiences with this guy Ever whoclaims to be the GM. Wouldn?t recommend this location because of Ever and his bad attitude toward customers. The entire staffneed some serious customer service training.
