Although I appreciate the offer, I declined it. To me just reaching out and trying to make it right and “care” about their customers is enough for me. Thank you Ariel.Called on a Friday afternoon to ask about buying a case of cake boards, price, and if they were in stock. The female who helped me answered all my questions and informed me they were in stock and the price. When I arrived the next day to pick up and pay, final price was almost double from what I was told over the phone. Since I needed the boards I paid the price, unfortunately. I told the cashier what I was quoted but it didn’t matter, she just said “no this is the price.” I understand mistakes happen but come on…not happy at all!

I had ordered some special cupcake liners that were accidentally omitted from my shipment, but the shipping department addressed the issue flawlessly. I only wish I lived closer so I could shop in person. You really can't beat the prices for cake supplies here.
