The seating w... read more Great service and clean restrooms, which have been recently renovated. I enjoyed the fish and chips before heading over to Greggs for some coffee! The seating was comfortable, and even though it was Mother's Day, it wasn't too crowded. All in all, a wonderful experience!

When all the kiosks are open, t... read more I really enjoy stopping at these service areas. The staff at the exit near the golden arches are extremely helpful and friendly. When all the kiosks are open, there is a wide variety of menu options. The only downside is that the road leading away from the A1 is not well lit, and the signage could be improved. Nevertheless, it's definitely worth a stop when you're hungry.

Ample parking as you would expect along with the normal high prices associated with services. A large petrol station with above average prices on site but the real gem is a fair sized days inn hotel complex. The whole site is surrounded with trees and shrubbery which reduces the noise of the motorway remarkably well. Only 4 stars due to the foul smelling toilet facilities within the services.

Good old dieucks sorted the coffee and cake and I was good to go!
