The dining experience is subpar at best, but Ben at the cashier is always a delight. The customer service is quite poor - they rarely answer the phone, only accept cash, and their website and app for ordering food are not functional. Delivery times can be inconsistent. Despite these issues, the food is delicious and I would recommend picking it up yourself.
The food at this restaurant appears to be made with higher quality, fresh ingredients, particularly the vegetables, compared to other establishments.
I once liked this restaurant, but I have been experiencing difficulty contacting them by phone recently - either the line is constantly busy or no one answers. The online ordering system on the Easy Dish app is also unreliable, occasionally showing the restaurant as offline. I'm unsure if they are closed or only accepting a limited amount of orders.
