For the past 4 or 5 years, each time I visit Naga, I make sure I eat dinner at Chef Doy with friends family. The best Filipino dishes are in this restaurant. I give it a thumbs up, all the way!
Good food, good service, nice ambiance, good filipino/bicolano resto at it's best in fact. Money's worth!
