I had never seen them before and was unfamiliar with the bra... read more I bought a package of Don's white scone buns this afternoon at our local Food Basics in Kemptville. I had never seen them before and was unfamiliar with the brand. My wife and I decided to try them for dinner as a sandwich. To make a long story short, they were incredibly delicious and we ended up finishing the entire dozen. I hope that Food Basics continues to carry them in their store because we absolutely loved them. They are fantastic on their own with butter.

We specifically drove off the highway ju... read more I am extremely disappointed. I used to spend every summer here as a child, and the bakery was always open by this time. We specifically drove off the highway just to visit Don's. Unfortunately, it was not open. I called and they answered, but they wouldn't give me my scones, even though I know they have them frozen. I am so disappointed. I would give them 10 stars if the bakery was open - it's amazing. Now they are inside baking, but they still won't give me any. Come on, I drove all the way from Prince Edward Island for your scones, and also your sticky buns. Ugh, okay fine, I will change my rating, but you really could have just given me some scones.
