Polite wait staff. Unfortunately, when five people sat down and all ordered food within 5 minutes (four main courses, three sides, one soup, and tea), it took >90 minutes until all the dishes had been served, with the last being a steak that was ordered 'rare ' and arrived 'well done ' 90 minutes later. This was after the first choice of dish, proudly displayed on the front page of the menu, wasn 't available. So, physically it 's a lovely place, but it was a pretty terrible dining experience.
