It's ok, stepped in history and nice to look at in a great setting. There's not really that much to explore if I'm honest, alot of the grounds are closed off to the public and you'll probably get all around in 2-3 hours max so I don't think the price is justified. That said if you like history and this type of thing I don't think you'll be disappointed, just don't expect to much to see. The staff and guide were very helpful and knowledgeable so top marks for them. Quite alot of older people were complaining about accessibility as there's a very steep incline up to the hall (for which there are steps) but it's very steep and there's also lot's more stairs to climb once inside. There is a restaurant/tea room which we used for afternoon tea which was very nice but worth booking in advance as it was very busy. All toilets are unisex, overall it's nice to visit but not that much to do there half a day max and your done, so if your planning a day out there it might be good to find something else to do in the area.
