Three different employees looked right at us, rolled their eyes, and kept working. Some guy from the back had to come out and start us, then reprimanded them forignoring us. The female proceeded to be incredibly rude and off-putting, even though we were being courteous. This includedthrowing our food around. We were in at 1:20 pm, they were slow and talking to friends. It wasn't like they couldn't take ourorder.

The staff was unprofessio... read more I don’t know what has happened to this place, but I haven’t visited the mall in a while and decided to go with my wife and kids today. The staff was unprofessional and the overall cleanliness was lacking. I had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to come out from the back to greet me. The smell of marijuana was strong, and the food was incredibly dry. When I approached the register, the cashier was rude and seemed more interested in chatting with other employees than assisting customers. The entire experience was unprofessional, and the food tasted as if it had been sitting out for hours.

She treated our food roughly and seemed more focused on chatting with her friends than attending to customers. We arrived at 1:20 PM, and the place was not busy, so there was no reason for the lack of service. Overall, it was an unpleasant dining experience.
