It's just not the same, the flavor, the temp it all matters and has ruined some of the best teriyaki chicken around. I was told the change was made because of the Covid. unbelievable.

However, this particular location tends to be inconsistent in terms of experience. Sometimes the portion sizes can be quite small, and they often forget items from your order. They also frequently run out of menu items, which can be frustrating. Overall, the experience feels rushed—guess they’re living up to the “Express” name! The food, when it’s available, is on par with other locations, but I recommend avoiding delivery. In my experience, it makes it harder to address any mistakes they might make.

However, the service felt a bit distant, and the portion sizes were slightly on the small side. It appeared they were understaffed and lacked effective leadership. To their credit, this was during the lunch rush, and they were managing to keep up with demand. Unfortunately, the area near the drinks and utensils was dirty, and the bathroom could have used some attention as well.
