Especially after 10 pm when the... read more First I'd like to say I don't expect much from a Denny's. A quick and easy stop off the freeway with decent food to fill you up. Especially after 10 pm when there aren't many options for a place to sit and eat. When we walked in we were told it would be afew minute wait as they were short handed. Totally understandable and my wife and I are very patient and not in a hurry. So slowservice was something we could deal with. We received our food and it was fine. Exactly what we expected. But after the serverdropped off our plates and told us she was still waiting on the rest of our order we never saw her again. We saw other serversarrive for their shifts and serve the tables in our area. Customers came, ordered, ate, paid, and left why we satunacknowledged. After being in the restaurant for just under 2 hours total I went to the cashier to ask to pay my bill and if Icould get a to go box and to see if there was a way he could find out about our missing food. 10 minutes later after again not asingle server stopped by I went back up to pay and we left. So again I was not expect 5 star service and a gourmet meal. I canbe patient and fully understand being short handed. But not a single check in for drink re-fills or if we needed anything elsewas not acceptable.

And let me tell you with just her and a cook by themselves not only was my food fast is was aesthetically pleasing as well as cook through and tasty. They were like four or five other parties of more then 1 in andthey just got swamped with a bunch of to go orders over there mobile app and still she was pleasant she table tapped I not oncewent without a drink best time I've had in a very long time with just two people working if you can ever have her as a serveryou won't regret it thank you again so much!

She was witty and efficient and we got our food in a timely manner and she made sure our coffee cups were full. She's also very smart and fun totalk to. Will be back just to see her!
