I've always liked this taco bell but lately the quality of service has gone down some. The food is usually good but sometimes it's a little frustrating seeing what I just paid for is not what it should be. One guy that works there..he is really dedicated to his job and always does his best to serve you up.
Customer service is trash. They ignore you when you walk in. On their phones, manager is rude and food can be trash sometimes.
Absolutely fantastic! There wasn't a trace of cheese in sight, which is a huge relief for me since cheese makes me nauseous—especially on any of my four tacos (two hard, two soft; I’m definitely requesting the double decker again!). I called to thank the manager and the staff member who helped me. She recognized me and reassured me, saying, "I made sure there was no cheese. I even had them open a fresh bag of lettuce since cheese tends to mix in with everything else." I didn’t even mention how fresh and crisp the lettuce was! It was really thoughtful of her to go the extra mile to accommodate my request. She’s a manager I can trust, for sure! Thank you so much—I'll definitely be coming back. As for vegetarian options: there’s no cheese! I mention this because of how well my dietary needs were respected. I understand cheese is a staple for many, but with the increasing sensitivities and issues surrounding dairy products, it’s refreshing to find a place that honors customer preferences. I believe cheese should still be an add-on option everywhere (preferably without an extra charge); I think that's a fair compromise for everyone. Anyone else agree? Once again, thank you for the fantastic service, especially to the diligent manager who covered the shift tonight and the staff member who carefully put my order together. I really appreciate it!
