She kept talking to this lady that was not a customer like sh... read more There is a heavyset manager there with red braids in her hair did not acknowledge me the customer. She kept talking to this lady that was not a customer like she didn’t even see me. She told the lady that she was talking to she was gonna be back then proceeded to walk away from the counter. She came back like 3 minutes later and started back talking to the lady that she was talking to upon my arrival. I literally had to say excuse me I have an order the lady then proceeded to say they working on it she didn’t even know my name. Update 2/3/25 Nobody in drive through taking forever to get my order taken when there are 2 people with two head sets on and all I hear is laughing and talking. A customer next to at the other speaker got mad and left because the cashier skipped over her twice. I get to the window and my order is not is not even ready. I’m being told my order is not seen.
