Not very good customer service. I waited in line at the pickup window for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was there. I saw the worker and she saw me but she didn't come to the window to tell me that my pizza was coming, late, etc. Iunderstand that they are understaffed but they have to do better. View all feedback.
The food was hot and ready right when they promised. The customer service was friendly and welcoming. I really prefer this team of employees.
The customer service was not very good. I waited at the pickup window for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. Though I could see the worker and she saw me, she didn’t come to the window to inform me about my pizza, whether it was delayed or anything else. I understand they may be understaffed, but they really need to improve in this area.
I had the worst delivery experience imaginable. We were promised our pizza in 30 minutes, and here I am, writing this review two and a half hours later, still waiting for it. I called an hour after placing the order and was told that the driver was on the way. The worst part? The pizza was just left outside, and the driver never even knocked. Since I placed the order over the phone, there were no instructions to leave it outside, nor was I informed that it would be left there. Now, the pizza is completely cold. This is ridiculous. Please do better!
This is amazing ???? the food here is always wonderful. If you wanted this item as much as I did check it out CHICKEN CARBONARA
People can order a pizza at the window and wait. If you arrive on time to pick up your order you have to wait BEHIND the people who just ordered until their is ready before you get yours. I kid you not, I've waited for 45 minutes to get my order that Iarrived on time for. It was beyond cold.
