Nothing Bundt Cakes - Baton Rouge

This place never fails to impress. The cakes are consistently fresh and packaged securely for easy transport. It’s also one of my go-to spots for last-minute gifts. Give them a try; I promise you won’t be disappointed!

After waiting about 15 minutes, I asked the employee at the counter to check on my order. She returned to inform me that they were icing the cakes and that it would take another 10 minutes. I waited an additional 15 minutes, yet my cakes were still not ready. I noticed I wasn't the only customer experiencing this delay. One employee mentioned that this was a common occurrence due to the holidays that week. I find this completely unacceptable, especially since I placed my order online for a specific time. If the bakery cannot ensure that cakes are ready at a designated time, those time slots should not be available for online bookings. The staff seemed indifferent to the inconvenience we were all facing. In total, I waited nearly 45 minutes for an order that should have been ready upon my arrival. I will definitely not be ordering from Nothing Bundt again.

The cakes tasted quite good, but the bottom was soggy because of the plastic container they were in. I placed my order online and watched as the staff took it from the display cooler when I picked it up. Since this was my first time ordering, I’m not sure if that’s the usual process. I expected them to be fresh and warm, but if I come back, I definitely wouldn't want to get cakes straight from the cooler.

I was quite disappointed. My mom adores this cake, and I wanted to order some online for her upcoming birthday. Their website clearly advertises delivery, but when I reached the checkout, I was informed that they don’t deliver to an address just 2.7 miles away. It seems like their delivery range is really limited. How frustrating!

I absolutely love their cakes! I always grab them as gifts for others, or whenever I need a cake for a birthday or holiday. I'm also a big fan of trying their new or seasonal flavors. It's super convenient to pick up a cake, even when I'm in a rush.
