I placed an order over the phone at 19mins after 8PM on today, March 5, 2024 Upon my arrival, at the Baker location, no one was in the store. Sat in my car over ten minutes, to discover a young black male; sitting outside in his vehicle on his personal cellphone. Once he realized I was at the drive thru and had been there for awhile. He finally decided to get out of his car, still on the phone, and proceeded inside the store. When he decided to ask my name for my order; still on the phone. He finally gave me my order and didn't ask for any payment basically shoving the pizza out of the window towards me.

The Dominoes in Baker, La is horrible. The food is always cold and disgusting. In the last past 5 years, I ate there 3 times. Each time was worse than the last time. Today, my daughter ordered a pizza and a sandwich online in the stores parking lot. She waited a few minutes and went to the window to get her food. When she got out to the window, she was told to pull up to the second window because her food was still cooking. She waited over 30 minutes and never got her order. Therefore, she went inside to check on get order. Inside, the her food was sitting under a warmer because the lady forgot about her. The food was lukewarm when she got it.She brought it home and told me what happened. I felt like it was an honest mistake, so I called the store. When I called, I asked to speak to a manager. The manager said that the food was not cold because it was under a 500 degree warmer. After going back and forth with her, I asked to speak to her manager. She said she was the only manager at the store. Then, I asked her what was the number to the corporate office. She said she didn’t have it and hung up the phone in my face. That made me so angry! In return, I went to the store’s location. The manager who said her name was Sam came to the counter with an unprofessional attitude. She raised her voice; I raised mine. A man came from the back and said to get out. I asked him who he was; he said he was the store manager. The store manager was in the store! I told him I asked to speak to him but was told he was not there. His response was shocking. He said he told the manager, who said her name was Sam, to tell me he was not there because they were busy. Busy? No way. The store is never busy. The store is horrible and always empty. I live 2 minutes from the store; I drive to another city when I want to eat from Dominoes. Anyway my experience got better. The manager, who said her name was Sam, charged towards me as if she was going to hit me.At this time, we were screaming at each other. My daughter thought she was going to hit me. On the other hand, she only act like that because the store manager was going to hold her. So, I told my daughter she is not going to do anything to me. I know that God was on her side; if she would have hit me, I was going to spank her and own a large portion of Dominoes. All I wanted was for my daughter to get a hot pizza and hot sandwich. Like I said, I felt like it was an honest mistake that the manager, who said her name was Sam, made. I never thought that I would experience what I experienced for saying my daughter was forgot about in the drive thru window and received cold food. This experience could have been worse if I believed that the manager and one of the employees would actually hit me. I would defended myself. Thank God I know that people who act like that will never hit anyone. They are like the chihuahua verses the pit bull. Chihuahua just bark and act vicious. The pit bull on the hand will bite without the barking. Do not eat there if you want decent service and good food. I don’t understand how that Dominos remains open. If the corporate office reads this comment, it will learn why the store profits are low. I gave it one star just so I could post my comment.
Ordered ahead of time for 630 delivery. Confirmation driver on the way at 631. At 7 checked eta on tracker and eta was 721 called dominoes and waited for 17 min for someone to pickup. Eta was now at 740. Asked about my order and was told they had 1 driver, I let them know that was OK but I ordered for a 630 delivery and the eta is continually 20 is minutes out and wanted to know if I can get some kind of eta. They called the driver and magically he is 5 minutes away. Lukewarm, partially smashed and the breadsticks that were for my 5 year old daughter as a treat had jalapeños, when I had selected none on the amount.
