So I order mac and cheese bites mini corn dogs very often. so there's been 2 times when my food was burnt I had to call and ask for not burn food . that's okay... read more So I order mac and cheese bites mini corn dogs very often. so there's been 2 times when my food was burnt I had to call and ask for not burn food . that's okay whatever. so today I called in my order and asked specifically if I could pay some with my card and the rest in cash so the girl who answered the phone her name is Skylar she told me I could do that. so I walk to the box only to be told they cant do that no apology nothing so I tell them why did the girl on the phone tell me I could pay that way. so I walk home get some money walk back ask for FRESH mac and cheese bites since they didnt know what they were doing and I had to leave empty handed the first time. so I said can I get fresh mac and cheese bites I pay for them and then she hands me the same mac and cheese bites. I ask her so these are fresh? she lies and says yes they are so I tell her straight up no these are cold I dont want these like I want fresh ones! not old onew because yall told me I could pay a certain way only for that to be false. so I have to argue with 3 children as to why I dont want cold soggy mac and cheese bites. I have yell 3 times please just give me money back I dont want these. what happened to the customer is always right?? I will never spend my money there again. so I had to walk 2 times for nothing cause they cant do their jobs!
