Yuki Express Japanese - Bainbridge

I'll keep this simple and let you take from this what you will. I ordered a place for my (Way) Better Half and id like to start off with the food was as consistent, quick, and as good as it always is. Now with that being said.1 Hibachi steak shrimp• sweet carrots• fried rice• add zucchini1 Shrimp Tempura roll(a play on sushi)Total Amount due $24.30My knees buckled

Normally I would give them a 5 star rating but tonight I'm not impressed!! I got the fried rice with stake, chicken and shrimp which is usually super good! The stake was so overcooked I couldn't chew it, or the chicken! The shrimp was tuff as well! So disappointed!

Very friendly staff and good food. I enjoy the eating takeout at least once a week. I would highly recommend.

Every time I visit Yuki, it’s with the hopes that the customer service will improve. Even though the customer service is consistently horrible, the food is normally decent. My last visit both the food and the customer service were horrible. They are definitely not interested in hearing the customer’s concerns or attempting to correct any problems with your order. The daughter is always rude and tonight I got a glimpse of the mother’s rudeness. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s the entitlement for me and lack of appreciation for the customer.

My food was hot, fresh and delicious. I eat here every time I come to bainbridge, my food is always good. Since then they have only been open on weekday.
