I called another Captain D’s over four days ago to ask to speak with the District Manager, but I never received a response. The restaurant appeared dark and uninviting, as if it were closed, while employees simply stood around, collecting their paychecks. There were no customers, and I ended up leaving without spending any money because I was told they had been out of shrimp for days due to management's failure to restock.
