Despite its convenient hours, this restaurant’s service leaves much to be desired. Some customers encounter unprofessional attitudes, though exceptions exist with friendlier employees. Equipment issues, such as broken toasters, further impact the dining experience. Overall, improved staff training and better communication could greatly enhance customer satisfaction and uphold the restaurant’s reputation.

I felt hurried during my visit. Having two staff members simultaneously asking what I wanted on several sandwiches was both confusing and frustrating. They only had enough green peppers prepared for one sandwich. I've had better experiences here in the past. Please improve your service.
I palced order all vegie sandwich but a black guy looks like in hurryyy........may be he is new at job. He needs to understand how to handle customers if u guys busy. He starring at me and my wife just like we offering free sandwich. I paced order worth of $30. He needs to change his attitude. But his co-employee she is very cool. And she makes everytime best thing. I will give her 5. I request to all SUBWAY superiors please give proper training to all new employees how to deal with customers. After all these all things about ur reputation.
Unprofessional management! The food is good, but the service is lacking. I don’t think anyone could handle working there for more than a week.
