The food is decent, however the employees are kinda rude and it takes far too long to get my food.

2nd time I've asked the cashier to scan my REWARDS so I can get points and they don't???!!! So ANNOYING!!! RESPONSE TO OWNERS REPLY: Your apology is USELESS. TRAIN your employees or stop offering something you never intended to provide.

1 of the BEST establishments of its kind or any other for that matter in or around Bainbridge, Georgia. Thank You for showing me just how close we as humans can get to perfection!!In this world, nothing and no one is perfect, and some, well most, arecontent with that, but there are a few that have and will continue to strive to reach perfection. Along the way, there will beups and downs well that's when the court of public opinion steps in. Whether they are or aren't completely correct with theircomplaint is relative, but ultimately it highlights a problem. When you doing something that's not right and no one corrects youyou'll continue, it's human nature. Not telling someone no is just like telling them yes. About a month ago I wrote a review onthis Dairy Queen that was harsh but noticed the service was degrading and this being one of my truly favorite restaurants I wasoffended so I lashed out. Well they didn't hunt me down like a few in town have, now they asked an acquaintance to have mecontact them, what they did was take what I said to heart, look into it, and handle it, quickly I might add. Today was the 6thtime I've been back and the SERVICE, FOOD, and ATMOSPHERE each time has been flawless and as close to perfect as humanlypossible. Thank you, owners and staff, for renewing my confidence in every aspect of TRUE customer service.

Love the dairy queen! Love the food. Only sometimes they can get a little unorganized. Took me 25 minutes to get a milk shake. Three customers who ordered after me got their meals before I got my shake. Still love the the food though.

I never understood how DQ thinks they can get away with serving frozen chicken tenders! Every gas station in the south GA and north FL has fresh hand breaded well seasoned chicken all day long. Very strange also to recieve some sauces cupped up in 2ozcontainers and other served as single serve. Poor management and poor corporate. All the staff at this location ate great, andthe parking lot is clean.
