The staff at this restaurant is very friendly, greeting guests at the door and allowing them a few moments to look over the menu before taking their order. Drinks are quickly brought to the table, with a glass of water placed at each seat. The food is served hot and well-cooked, and the waitresses are nice and attentive, checking in often to see if guests need anything. They efficiently clean up the table when guests are finished eating, but there is no rush to leave; guests are allowed to visit with family and friends unless the restaurant is very busy. The bill is discreetly placed in a check folder for privacy, and payment is collected promptly with change returned right away. If guests are not ready to eat, they can get a takeout container and/or cup to take their drink with them. The staff offers to refresh drinks as guests leave their table and engage in friendly conversation with patrons. Overall, it is a great place to eat, with a beautiful atmosphere and just the right lighting.

I will never return to this restaurant! The waitress was extremely rude to me. I ordered a Caesar salad that was soggy, potatoes with gravy and sirloin steak cooked medium rare, but it came out almost raw in the middle. When I sent it back, it was quickly reheated and overcooked, grey in color, tough and rubbery. When I complained to the waitress, she tried to lie and said she had the chef grill it. The potatoes were huge and mushy, the gravy tasted old and off. I refused to pay and tried to leave, but she threatened to call the police for dine and dash. I reluctantly stayed and ate the terrible meal, only to vomit later from feeling so sick. Avoid this place at all costs. The people running this restaurant are awful and do not know how to operate a business. If I could give them 0 stars, I would – consider yourself warned.

The dining experience was excellent. The chefs prepared my meal, which included a side of coleslaw, with great care. The hostess created a welcoming atmosphere.

Our experience started out great. Got our drinks, appetizers, and entrées ordered pretty quick but it went south after that, almost like we were forgotten about. After waiting for 45 minutes for our chicken wings and burger wrap, someone finally came to our table and asked if we had ordered yet. We told her we had ordered 45 minutes ago. She went to the kitchen and came back our table to tell us our order was put in 10 minutes ago. We waited another 20 minutes and no one ever came back to our table. By this time it was after 9pm and our patience was gone. We got up and left. This is the 2nd time this has happened to us there. Will be a very long time before we come back, if ever.
