A wonderfully kind woman at 7-Eleven informed me about a discount available through the app, which helped me save some money. I appreciated the great music playing and had a fantastic day, sharing positive vibes with everyone around me. I would have rated it 5 stars if they had cheddar bacon Cheeto fries. Great service, what I expect at 7 Eleven
I have never been more disappointed in a service experience than I was at this 7 Eleven. I originally stopped at Get Go, but had pump issues so I went to 7 Eleven instead. While waiting in line, the cashier was busy counting the drawer, but was still pleasant. However, a male employee rudely told me they couldn't break a $50 bill without even knowing what I was going to buy. I felt discriminated against and humiliated. To make matters worse, he then proceeded to take a phone call and go on break. I have not yet spoken to the manager, but I will be doing so first thing in the morning. I will never set foot in that establishment again. This level of disrespect is unacceptable.
My car broke down in their parking lot, the employees helped me push my car into a spot and let me keep it there over night. Great people
The restaurant is messy, and the staff seemed more interested in their phones than serving customers. You have to ask for a key to use the restroom. I also nearly slipped on a large patch of ice in the parking lot, which I'm sure they've been warned about multiple times.
