Thuy's Pho House - Bainbridge Island

Thuy is one of the best, most caring people around and her food is made with the same love she extends to everyone. Because food and family are her passion, you can taste those things in the dishes she carefully crafts, which makes them that much tastier. Highly recommend.

Came here for lunch with friends on a Sunday afternoon and were seated immediately. The special for the day was Yellow Curry and everyone at the table ordered it!! You are able to choose which type of protein (meat or vegan source) and source of grains (rice, noodle, bread). I went with chicken and rice. I also got a fresh coconut to enjoy with the curry. I absolutely recommend both items! The fresh coconut was FILLED with coconut water and already cold, plus, they give you a spoon already to enjoy that delicious coconut flesh. The curry was flavorful and spiced to perfection.The staff are super nice and check in often enough but also give you space to enjoy the meal with those you are eating with. I cannot wait for my next visit to Bainbridge Island to go back here.

I've really grown to love Pho and Thuy's is my classic go-to source of this comfort food. The hot broth poured over delicate rice noodles with chicken, beef or seafood is delicious. Fresh Thai Basil, bean sprouts and hot pepper sauce (to your taste) tops off the meal with, my favorite, Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk. NOW AVAILABLE AS TAKE-OUT The good news is that Thuy is making this same meal available for takeout during the Covid-19 crisis. The noodles, meat, and vegetables are placed in a nice Styrofoam bowl with the hot broth packaged separately. She also includes small containers of Hoisin sauce and Sera-chi Hot Sauce. When you get home you heat up the broth to near boiling, pour over the noodles and meat and, Voila', you have a delicious meal. She also has a fabulous vegetarian curry but I'm a solid Pho Phan.

Delicious, fresh food! Very friendly and professional staff! I highly recommend this amazing little spot on Bainbridge Island. And the take out window is so convenient!

A bit hidden but worth seeking out. We stopped here for the first time, and now are planning another visit. I had the Pho and my wife the Chicken Yellow Curry. Ordered the small and found that definitely sufficient. Good for couples and they have one long table that can accommodate 10 or 12.
