Really great experience, for both takeout and dine-in. I definitely recommend the crispy polenta truffle fries or the parm bread twist, and for entree, the spicy chicken pasta (and the crab version) is remarkable. The carrots, you gotta try the carrots. Overall, a lovely place to enjoy. Great service, too. View all feedback.
What Ian Patrick doesn't like about Joe's:
Ordered two salads on opening night. Ordered the family Caesar which costs an even expensive for Bainbridge price of $23! The small Kale salad was a more reasonable was $9 but it too was tiny. The Caesar was tasty with fresh Romaine, Parmesan, housemaid dressing and croutons. But $23? Not pleased. Update 6/24/20 Owner did refund cost of meal. Hope it was just opening week jitters. Changed star rating to a 3. Thanks. View all feedback.

Rabbit pasta was decent. Dry from baking but seemed like it had everything there. Minus that it's was a little reminiscent of lasagna. Pizza though was the greasiest pizza I've ever had. Even after reordering, would not recommend.
I love the roasted butternut squash pizza! The butternut squash is delectable aand sweetness, the bechemel sauce is divine, and the sage is a perfect complement. I was hesitant to order at first because squash on pizza just sounds weird but now I absolutely crave it on the regular. The polenta fries are super unique and delicious with the marinara sauce or you can choose ranch dressing I think. The kale salad is huge and I've had it as a appetizer, meal, or ordered the family size. The olive oil is high quality and has a great taste and the golden raisins go really well as well as the grated cheese is an excellent addition. I have never been disappointed by any of the pasta dishes, only I just feel I can overeat to the point of being overstuffed. The garlic twist on its own can be a meal and is always impressive in its size. My favorite cocktail there is the Cornelia, aspecialty French 75 perfected by Garrett. And the bartenders are always willing to whip up any request as long as they have the ingredients. They've had staffing difficulties like everywhere else so takeout for the time being may save frustration but I look forward to sitting out with that gorgeous view after this next Omicrom wave. In the meantime I'll be ordering my favorite pizza and getting my family's faves and filling my belly at home. Thankful to have this delicious option on island as it is unique and well done every time!
We have visited Joe?s approximately ten times and on each occasion the food and cocktails have been fantastic. The truffle polenta fries are delicious, as are the wings, pizzas, and bolognese. However the dish I?m really stuck on is the carbonara. It?s classic yet somehow not too eggy beautifully done every time. My husband also loves the shiitake cacio e pepe. We enjoy bringing family and friends here when they?re in town!
