Beautiful interior and great views from inside and on the patio. The fire pits outside were really cool, and the service was as great. Overall the vibe is an 11/10 The drinks were all good and well priced. The food was great— it was a 5/5 for the salmon and chips for sure. The clam chowder was perfect, but the clams on top were not of the best quality, and neither were the mussels in a separate dish. Could have been... View all feedback.
What K M doesn't like about Harbour Public House:
Wonderful spot dockside. Good beer, food could be better. Fries overcooked. Small bar tended by 3 people when 1 would have been enough, but no table waiting; orders for food and drinks must be placed at bar. View all feedback.
Whenever we are on Bainbridge, we think at the Port Public House as a beautiful cold-tasteful beer. Here it is the end of September and it was a nice hot summer day with the terrace open. Great food, even better beer. Two thumbs up!
We have just moved to the area and look forward to exploring the local restaurants. At this point 20 minutes from home. My first words when I entered were like this place. We sat at a table on our request. What a wonderful view! We ordered beer and dinner. I'm not a big beer, but the hemp was good. Dinner on the other side was fantastic! The fish and chips were great and my husband said the fish tacos were some of the best he ever had. We shared a caramel brownie sunflower for dessert and that was also delicious. The service was good, sometimes a little slow, but they were pretty busy. We will definitely be back, hopefully a little later in the evening to see the lights of Seattle over the sound.
Location and view are exceptional. To this friendly staff, good food and clever cocktails... You have a winner! We had fish chips and smoked meat loaf poutins....both were delicious, but the smoked meat loaf poutins were worth it home over
It's getting better. My first visit was kimchi fried rice, yummy and we shared classic poutins, my first pleasure. Last trip was an original burger with Mt Townsend Trufflestack cheese, one of the best burgers ever! Today it was fish and chips. The cod was incredible. Had no fish that was wonderful in years!
Look.... this is a waterfront dining establishment in a small town. If you come here thinking you will get City waterfront dining you will be disappointed ... BUT... if you come here to enjoy the waterfront with a great group of people who work here you will love it. I love this place...!!!
