We found this restaurant when shopping in Bailleul prior to arriving at our holiday cottage and were surprised to see the auto ordering points inside. We were even more surprised when we were invited to sit down and our food was then brought out to us. The staff were coping very well through a really busy spell but we didn't have a long wait and there were no problems with the order. The restaurant was clean and tidy... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about McDonald's:
#having had a good experience in 2015 I visited with my wife this year and was disgusted. The place did not look very clean , the touch screen ordering system did not transfer exactly what we had ordered although it did manage to overcharge me after an awfully long wait I couldn't be bothered to complain as the staff didn't seem interested in their customers. The final insult was the toilets which were absolutely vile and filthy. Never again !!.
