I spent $32 on three meals and asked for a single packet of ranch for my daughter’s fries, only to be told that I would have to pay extra for it. I can't believe that after spending that much, they still wanted to charge me for ranch. To make matters worse, the burgers were dry and overcooked. For $12 for a small meal, the burgers should at least be cooked properly. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I won’t be returning. The staff also had a poor attitude, making it feel like they were annoyed by my request to fix my food. For the price I paid, it was simply not worth it.
This is the worst laid out fast food restaurant with a drive thru that I have ever been to. We had to circle the parking lot twice to even find out where the entrance to the drive thru was at? If you have a large suv or pickup truck forget it just goinside and order. Other than that the food was as good as any other Hardee's. The service was fast and efficient!
Didn't get my order right. Both the person taking orders at the drive thru, had to correct her 3 times, and the person making the order got the order wrong.
