Our waitress, Jess, was fantastic—so friendly and charming! The food was delicious, and the cook was very personable, coming out to chat with us before he left. It truly felt like we were being treated as family friends.

The owner, Chip, is incredibly kind and makes it a point to visit each table to ensure you're enjoying your dining experience. It’s a place where you truly feel like part of the family. The food is comforting and reminiscent of home-cooked meals, absolutely delicious! In our opinion, the standout dish is the 'Long Horn Burger'—topped with green chili, onions, and cheese, it’s a substantial and satisfying meal!

It melts in your mouth as if it were ground beef. It's such a delightful steak that I can only imagine how amazing it would be if they served it with rolls on the side. Cutthroat Café? More like Cutthroat Steakhouse! Everyone needs to try the chopped Sirloin Steak!
