You can relax as if you were back at home and enjoy authentic soba noodles. Once the soba runs out, they close, so it's best to come early.
Near Zenchoji Temple, we were intrigued by a sign and decided to try the restaurant with our family. We ordered "kakigobo," "natto," and "tendon." I thought it was just regular natto soba, but it came with tempura too, which was a nice surprise. The portions were generous, and the hand-made soba was delicious. The complimentary water yokan dessert was also a nice touch. The kind service made the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant is only open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, but we may have found a hidden gem.
Whenever I pass by this area during lunchtime, I always make sure to stop by. The soba noodles that the owner makes are firm and even when served warm, they don't get soggy. The prices are also quite reasonable. The warm soba noodles have a slightly unique taste to the soba dipping sauce, with onions added in (lol). The wife's kind and cheerful hospitality makes you feel like you're at home, creating a lovely and warm atmosphere at this wonderful restaurant.
