Check out Wild Leaven or Farmhouse instead. Strange set up here considering the owner doesn't eat carbs. In a couple months, maybe a year, the owner will move on to somewhere else, as always (major commitment issues), so enjoy while you can. View all feedback.

WOW! I have not had such delicious bread since I was living in Portugal for a few months. The flavor is outstanding! I cannot wait to return and try everything while I am here in Taos. Truly scrumptious, clean and tasty. I had the green chile toasted bread and I think the server laughed when she saw how quickly I ate it! The baker is talented!
Their vegan banana bread is amazing! Would love to see more vegan options too!
Had a great time chatting with the fellow Minnesotan behind the counter excellent service and the pastries here are top notch, don’t pass this gem up! 10/10
