It's been a long time since the last time I went to Trinoma and ate in their food court. This time, my family went to the food court to grab some quick food but we noticed Manam Express and ordered here because of its unique feature of 3 steps to order. First was to choose your kanin, second was to choose your ulam and last was to choose your sides. (Your get to choose your own sawsawan, too) With these easy steps, e... View all feedback.
What Norberto Welch doesn't like about Manam Express:
Was craving for manam's sisog and was happy to hear that there's a manam express here in trinoma..
I asked if its the same sisig, and they proudly said yes..
Of course, being an "express" i knew there.would be a big difference but, did not expect it was this big... :(
We werent even able to eat the sisig because it was too hard to chew... :(
And the taste wasnt even close... :( View all feedback.
Got excited to see there's Manam in Trinoma. Just ate at BGC a few weeks ago and was missing their food. It is affordable. For 145.00 you can choose 1. Rice 2. Main dish 3. Veggie and it also comes with a serving of soup and iced tea. Anyway to cut the chase, their tapa version is sweet (beef belly) but it doesn't taste bad. It's too sweet. Good thing the mangga bagoong helps contrast the sweetness. Rice is cold. Soup is good and hot. Iced tea is watered down. Their sisig is good (in BGC) you can order that for 145.00 Other options instead of the beef belly is bagnet, binagoongan, bangus.. i can't remember the two. You get a filling meal for the price. Still better than getting a meal in other fastfood joints for oily battered fried chix. :) Sorry i didnt take a pic anymore.
I tried their crispy sisig the serving is for two but it took awhile before it got served other than that will be perfect already if it wasn't so salty.

I ate here last January 15 and this is my suuper late review on them. I'm actually a fan of their food and concept but their staff needs a little improvement. Love their bagoong rice and totally satisfy with the food. My bagnet though didn't came with the sauce which make me went back there to ask it from the staff. Also i notice that she was most of the time chatting with the staff from QDaddy rather tuan givung her full attention to her customer. Anyway, so happy that food is okay so it makes it still a goood experience.
Ate here a week ago. It was almost closing time so rice choices were limited - garlic rice and tinola rice were the ones left. I got the garlic rice + Grilled chicken + gising gising. I like the gising gising - this is the reason why I decided to eat here. The chicken was prepared upon ordering so there's a waiting time of around 7-10 minutes so better not order that if you're in a hurry. Rice serving is big - I wasn't able to finish mine. And price wasn't that bad since I got the meal with soup and iced tea for 149 pesos.
