Hap Chan - Bago Bantay

This is by far the sadest resto ive was too.. not only because they are somehow slow in service, but because they deal with what I have just raised to them. they look at my photos and they will know what I mean. I'm sorry, but nobody apologized and said something.

I remember eating as a child in hapchan. the menu has changed definitiw and eating was a bit different from being honest, I was just so hungry that I would eat something, but the truth is that I was very disappointed by the quality of the food. the tofu was really mad as if he was already rancid. not much for seafood. the noodles we had were not what I expected. the hakaw tasted strange. the Japanese siomai looked raw. the only thing I enjoyed was the rinderbrokkoli. the meat was tender and the broccoli was burned. the Yang-Chow was okay, not so bad. the service was fast and the staff was all friendly. Hapchan is Chinese teehouse. they serve always Chinese green hot tea at mealtime. good service and furniture. my favorite is hofan for 220p. also they have worth flour with rice for 100-115p. highly recommended

The meat was tender and the broccoli was blanched. The yang chow was okay, not that bad. The service was quick and the staff were all friendly. I jist didn't expect the quality of food to be this bad. Maybe in a different branch they would have a better quality.
