The pork chops were crispy and flavorful with each chew, though they might be a bit tough for those with sensitive teeth. The lettuce was sprinkled with salt and drizzled with olive oil, making it refreshing and delicious. Don't waste the remaining oil; Tuscan olive oil is a gift from the earth, perfect for pairing with European bread for a smooth and delicious experience. Dessert was tiramisu, with a hint of liqueur but a bit sweet, so I only sampled a small amount.

I would have given it 5 stars, but I find the cover charge a bit unreasonable: €3 per person seems excessive, especially considering there are no cloth tablecloths or special extras. For comparison, a liter of beer costs €6, a more than fair price. Other than that, the experience was more than positive: the restaurant is located at the foot of a wonderful village and is definitely worth a visit. I recommend it!
