Locanda La Frasca - BAGNOLI IRPINO

La Frasca is a nice inn on Lake Laceno where I ate well. The tasting variety appetizer is quite varied and satisfying where the famous underground mushroom prevails throughout the menu as well as, understandably given the presence of the Bagnoli black truffle in the area. The first courses are prepared with excellent fresh pasta prepared on site, perhaps they should be a little more differentiated, as they are almost all based on porcini mushrooms and truffles. Of the second courses I only ate an excellent local scamorza with porcini mushrooms and, apart from the very good quality of the raw material, it is a dish that needs a little something, something that gives it character (a grated lemon peel, for example? A lot for one thing, perhaps lemons don 't go well with porcini mushrooms). The service is excellent, the young and beautiful woman, who manages the entire room alone, is very efficient, moving gracefully between the tables like a dragonfly. Excellent value for money.

I immediately loved this inn. It is very welcoming and the staff very kind and friendly. Everything was excellent, from starters to desserts. The peculiarity is that the pasta and desserts are made by them. I was really satisfied with the service, congratulations! I highly recommend this inn. Davvero delizioso, il posto molto carino, curato, accogliente e il cibo ottimo, piatti semplici cucinati con cura, delizioso il tronchetto di castagne, torneremo!

Ci siamo trovati bene,camere pulite ,posto accogliente ,si mangia bene. Un grazie al personale gentile e disponibile in particolare alla ragazza ai tavoli molto in gamba..

Cercavamo un posto tranquillo (per via del covid) per un pranzo insolito. abbiamo trovato ospitalità e semplicità. condito con genuinità e cortesia
