Even better if you let them know in advance so they can... read more This is a great Michelin star restaurant in Verbier. Actually the best restaurant in Verbier completely. Even better if you let them know in advance so they can prepare for you depending on whatever you want. Nicolas is the manager also try the sommelier and local swiss wines. In the summer you can sit outside and have fantastic views. In the winter nice and cozy inside. They have another restaurant which is also nice but this is their high end place.

They messed up all of our drinks and did not know what a dirty martini was. Staff was friendly. Service was pretty good but there were several mistakes. It was the first Michelin star restaurant I’d dined at and, quite frankly, I thought it would be better overall. A little overpriced for what we received but it’s to be expected in Verbier. Beware the stinky cheese fondue!!
