Vergognoso, we entered this place around 20:00, we were in 4(the only 4 people among others) convinced we had to eat immediately and making two late calculations at 21:45 we would have had to leave, but this is not the point we can stand because it is a family management club so personal counted with the fingers of UNA MANO. The appetizers served 1 at a time with the alternation of about 10 minutes, at the time of serving the right pizzas 2 (we thought) and two wrong... Wrong, the two pizzas we thought were ours weren't, but they were from the table in front. So the other two pizzas had to do it again... The name incas makes me think of an ethnic cuisine but I immediately realize how it is a classic restaurant pizzeria like all the others. Being one of the industry once I enter, I stay for dinner. Assuming that for those who do this job and for more than 20 years things have seen them with a more critical eye. The appetizer for two very contained, 4 panels, two oranges, 2 croquettes and a bit of caponata ruined by the parsley above, despite the small size things were good. The pizza whose cost is 8.50 was bad and I'm sorry to call it so, it was a Margherita with a little sausage, delicious grilled eggplants and traces of peppers, at that price I was a little felt teased... friendly and kind owners, although it is not good to take the command with the earphone of the cell phone in the ear and the unbuttoned shirt.
