Food fantastic, service catastrophic Today I was at Seeli in Bäch for the first time and was thrilled with the food. The hour egg with truffle sauce was perfect and tasted divine. The fish platter with various Swiss fish was delicious, the dough was nice and crispy. The tartar and garlic sauce tasted great. Everything was perfect here. What unfortunately cannot be said about the service: inattentive, careless and not really friendly. You didn 't really feel cared for. A smile now and then would have been nice. I don 't think I was ever smiled at once during the 3 hours. And every time a bottle (whether wine or water) was empty, we had to ask for more. No active selling on the part of the service, no questions, nothing. The second bottle of wine was simply refilled without us being able to taste it. Even if it had a screw cap, a wine can always have defects other than cones . Someone who works in service should know this. Our feelings were very mixed: Should we eat here again (because the food was so good) or not (because we 'd be happy to avoid this lousy service)? It 's a shame for the kitchen that the service can 't keep up.
The Seeli has just been reopened and impresses with its high quality and very friendly service. A big improvement from before. Great fish! We will be back.

Loved the selection on their menu, lots of tasty fresh options
We enjoyed the excellent fresh fish menu prepared with greatest care. Very welcoming employees. And it's nice being able to enjoy fine food al fresco in the garden part of the restaurant.
Fresh fish from the lake, delicious food, if you go during summer seat outside, it’s really peaceful and beautiful

Had dinner here with a friend and cannot say enough good things about the place. our waiter jana has taken care of us very much, with whom love for details as they would expect at such a place. sitting is comfortable and cozy, this house has. a unique charm. for dinner with the usual negroni cocktail, had fish carpaccio and egli filets with kartoffels, very fresh and excellent taste, also the prenttion of the food was beautiful. she has paired it with a bottle bordeaux and very happy that finally seeli is great again with the new team and menu. the places really needed the change and will soon be back!
A quite enjoyable restaurant. Indoors it has a typical swiss feel to it with wood panelling and low ceilings. In summertime the outdoor section is nice. The food is good, perhaps a notch under but still a very good choice if you don't come...from too afar. Service is very attentive.

The Seeli is a nice place to eat fish at moderate prices in Bäch, between Pfäffikon and Wollerau SZ. The local Egli is fantastic.
Amazing location in Bäch SZ. The service was really friendly and a big know-how. Perfect for business lunch or also for a nice dinner in the evening. The garden is really beautiful with a little pond and a big tree. Highly recommended!
