I was dining slowly because I am currently unwell, and within less than 30 minutes, three different waiters attempted to clear my plate despite it still being mostly full. The first waiter asked if I had finished, and I explained that I was sick and needed more time to eat. Shortly afterward, a second waiter came and again tried to remove the plate. Then a third waiter asked if I would like the meal packed to take away. At that point, the plate was still almost full. This is not attentive service, it makes guests feel rushed and uncomfortable. Management should focus on training the team to better read the table before approaching guests. A simple glance would have shown that I was still eating. Good service is about making guests feel welcome and comfortable, not pressured to finish their meal. When staff behave this way believing they are doing the right thing, the issue clearly comes from training and management. Better communication and clearer guidance for the team would help prevent situations like this from happening. Again, the food, drinks, and view were all enjoyable, but the service experience needs significant improvement. With proper training and greater attention to guest comfort, this could be a much better dining experience. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: Rp 100–125k

Beautiful location. Staff very courteous. We sat there for around 5-6 hrs and they never pushed us to order more. Great place to explore beach and enjoy sunset... read more Beautiful location. Staff very courteous. We sat there for around 5-6 hrs and they never pushed us to order more. Great place to explore beach and enjoy sunset view. Prices are affordable and not too much on the pocket. Recommend this to everyone in and around that area.
