Baddeck Forks

While the restaurant may not be fancy, the haddock is absolutely divine. I only ordered one piece of fish and it was so delicious that I struggled to finish it. There are plenty of other dining options nearby.

The extended family went here to gather after a funeral for a family dinner. The facility was beautiful. The staff could not have been more accommodating to our large group. The food was exceptional! Everyone ordered different things from the menu and all were very pleased with their orders. I would really recommend this place to anyone.

If you golf or enjoy winter sport, this is a great choice. Good selection of meal choices for the whole family. Always welcoming and always friendly!

The food was satisfying. I had a steak quesadilla, and my husband had a steak sandwich. My daughter's boyfriend ordered chicken grills, but they were both a bit dry as if they were missing mayo or dressing. Besides that, the food was good. The restaurant had lovely decor and accommodations.

We have tried many local restaurants in Baddeck, but were pleasantly surprised by our experience at Baddeck Forks in Big Baddeck on a cloudy, rainy day. The dining area was spacious and can accommodate over 20 people, although it was not crowded at the time of our visit. Located at a public 9 hole Golf Course, they welcome walk-ins, as well as couples and families with high chairs available. The restaurant is well-kept with clean restrooms, and although the menu is not extensive, there are several lunch options available, excluding soup of the day. Our waitress was courteous and attentive, and our sandwiches and wraps were served quickly and were generously sized and well-presented. The food was delicious and we left satisfied, especially considering the inclusive pricing. We agreed it was a great lunch and planned to return soon, perhaps to enjoy a round of golf once the weather cleared up.
