Roland schupfer is one of the most ingenious chefs I know. young, kreatiw with the sense to couple international dishes with traditional Austrian tassels. so the saibling harmonizes wonderfully with a shaky, or other domestic fish with brown-smart. roland schupfer is crafty filigran, he has a special feeling for connecting different aromen to a conned composition on the palate. He also enchants the eye with a refined presentation of his genus works. every dish is a sensation for itself!The whole is still the crown set up by the perfect, yet intrusive service of the herrn metze, which also scores with the wine-guiding. a congenial team!Even the location itself is very pretty. a homely, traditional dining room in the wonderful vault, as well as a lovely dining garden in the summer invite you to stay!

Have been in bad mitterndorf for several years; the forging is definitely one of the top addresses. the steaks are perfectly prepared each time, the 4/5 channels menus are also recommended, it is changed regularly. many of the served weine come from the Burgenland, all recommended.
