Last time, it was forgotten, even though it... read more Today we ordered from Futterkrippe for the first time in ages. We like to order extra salad dressing with our pizza. Last time, it was forgotten, even though it had already been paid for via the app. After a quick phone call, they told me to mention it with my next order, so I did. Everything seemed fine over the phone. Unfortunately, my husband's pizzas both cost 50 cents more than the app price, even though I had the same order in my shopping cart. I decided to call about the salad dressing, and then they charged €4 for the trip to Kemmenau – I think that's outrageous. To top it all off, neither of our stomachs reacted very well to the pizza. With one of them, you could maybe assume someone had an allergic reaction, but with both of them... that seems unlikely. It's a shame; that was the last time for us.
