Last time we forgot to add it, but it had already been paid for via the app. After a quick phone call, I was told to mention it the next time I ordered. No sooner said than done. No problem on the phone. Unfortunately, my husband's pizzas both cost 50 cents more than they did via the app. I had the same order in my shopping cart there, but then I decided to call because of the salad dressing. And to then be charged 4 euros for the trip to Kemmenau is pretty crazy in my opinion. And to top it all off, neither of our intestines tolerated the pizza very well. In one case you could assume that someone had an intolerance, in both cases... rather unlikely. Too bad, for us it was the last time.

A fundamental lack of skill was evident as soon as it was served: the roll was structurally unstable and fell apart completely after just a few bites. Proper wrapping technique and the selection of suitable bread appear to have been neglected. The product also failed to impress in terms of taste. The individual components didn't harmonize; the meat lacked flavor, the sauce was unbalanced, and overall the doner lacked freshness and seasoning. Instead of a well-rounded flavor experience, the result was an underdeveloped and unappealing overall impression. In conclusion, both the craftsmanship and the taste fell far short of what one would expect from a professionally run kebab shop. There is significant room for improvement in preparation, product composition, and quality control.
