Last night(July 30 ) nagpareserve ako ng 15 pcs.puto cake sa cashier on duty that time to be pick by my brother in the morning around 9-10 a.m. I told her na bukas ko na lang din babayadan and she issue a receipt and i told her na okay na ba Ms.balikan ko na lang bukas and then my brother went there at around 9:45 to pick up the said puto cake pero ang sabi ng brother ko wala daw ako pinreserve at wala daw ganung pangalan i feel very upset with your customer service with no proper endorsement kung sinuman yung naka shift that day hinde man lang nag effort na magtanung yung staff kung anung pinareserve.Had a bad experience when it comes to your customer service!.
Masarap po xia at sakto lang ang presyo, jan lage kami kumakain pag my bday, kagagaling nga lang nmin jan nung july 12. deleciuos
Every time I order I always repeat twice to make sure I can get my order i like there foods but when we eat there for some reason my order always not complete like i order sinigang and they said that no sinigang in the list so it's my fault ? And now I order rice and no rice and take note i ordered pichi pichi is in the list I pay it but no pichi pichi in my order yes I am wrong I am not check my order before I leave so it's not good to order when its take out why they not checked before they give my order because I trust them I cannot go back there and take a grab to take for only pichi pichi :

Nung tumawag ako for delivery. ung sumasagot sa moonwalk branch..iccorrect ka ng parang grade 1.. hindi mo alam tawag dun mam? ang sabi niya... parehas ang ingridients pero iba ang tawag dun . naintindihan mo mam..
