Everyone, in short, competes to make our lunch enjoyable (dinner is more suitable for young people). But let 's move on to the dishes: For me, the best pasta and potatoes and the best escarole filling... And believe me, I travel a lot and I 'm a troop... But there are so many dishes to taste. I focused in particular on these two dishes because, as conceived, they remind me of Bourbon recipes from ancient memories: rich, opulent, flavorful, and beautiful to look at. Fabio towers over the place with his height, making sure everything is perfect, directing the group like a conductor (children or not). The desserts are remarkable: the caprese and the crumble cake are my favorites. No complaints about the clean and fragrant bathrooms and the kitchen staffed by friendly young people: a real gem.
