What paulovt doesn't like about Bisciu:
Small restaurant, which at the entrance shows clearly political posters to customers entering. Very poor menu, 2 appetizers, 3 first and I do not remember the seconds having ordered them. The raw dish was plentiful, but I'm sorry to say that maybe it wasn't so fresh, the taste allowed it to be understood. Good mixture of appetizers, varied and good.
