The first impression was: village pub. If we had been there alone, we would have turned back. We were served very friendly. The menu was very small, but since we like Bäckle we were able to decide. When we got the food there was a positive surprise. We had rarely had such tender and buttery meat in such a tasty sauce. The schnitzel and tripe were also super tender and tasty. There was also a very good potato salad, unfortunately the spaetzle wasn't hand-scraped. Portions were sufficient. The first impression was negative, we'll be back.
